About Us

Established in 1985

Established in 1985 our business has grown alongside the Manchester inner-city regeneration and "urban living" boom. We understand the multicultural mix this has generated and the varied expectations of the new generation of people who are attracted to it.

From private to corporate lets

Many of our tenants come from all corners of the world. We have long-standing relationships with large companies who seek informed advice and a quick solution to their relocation problems.

We act on behalf of a number of corporate landlords with large property portfolios as well as private individuals with 1 or more properties.

We have member firm status of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and therefore we abide by a strict code of conduct, and subscribe to an Approved Client Money Protection Scheme.

We are also members of The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) whose aim is to promote a nationally recognised level of service for professional residential lettings and management agents.

We are also members of The Ombudsman Scheme www.oea.co.uk which provides a free, fair and independent service for dealing with unresolved disputes between Member Agents and tenants or landlords of residential property in the UK.

We hold adequate public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
