Following the success of last year's staff trip to Portugal, the PAPM team have re-booked. This much anticipated rendezvous is now almost upon us. It promises to be an action packed holiday. Highlights are to include the much anticipated tennis match between Dawn (once 2nd best player in Britain) and John-Paul.
Our Senior Negotiator, James recently qualified as a DEA after months' of hard work. We are now able to offer EPC's at the most competitive prices in Manchester. We are delighted at James's achievement. Well Done.
After 5 years service Chris has decided to pursue a career with the Royal Air Force. We are very grateful for all the hard work Chris has put in during his time at Penny Ashton and will be sorry to see him leave. We wish him all the best for the future.
Hannah has been with the company for 1 year now having deferred her opportunity to go to university. We are sad to see Hannah leave but she goes with all the best wishes from our staff here at PAPM. We are sure she will go on to achieve great things.

After completing her Politics degree in 2008 and achieving First Class Honours Maria received an invite from Prime Minister Gordon Brown to tour Downing Street and the House of Commons. Maria was given access to the private viewing gallery in the House of Commons for Question Time as well as a tour of the Cabinet Office. A fitting reward for her hard work at university.
We are delighted to have employed Jonny in the role of Lettings Negotiator. Jonny comes to us having recently completed his A-Levels and is looking to further his office experience before attending university next year.
Inter-office rivalry remains high as Dawn, Chris, JP, Tom and Alastair have all registered in the Barclays Premier Fantasy League. Chris leads the charts early doors but with Neoro's Heroes breathing down his neck the competition remains strong. My tip Cases Ace's will surely prevail.
Penny Ashton has made a full recovery from her serious operation only 2 months ago. Never one to slow down, Penny was stopped in her tracks when it was identified that she had a serious illness last Summer but she soon rallied and did not take her eye off her Company even when in hospital. Her physiotherapist required a letting and management Company for her investment property in Chorlton and Penny gave her the details of her office. The property was marketed and let before Penny returned to work! The staff are now all delighted to have her back in full flow.
Hannah has taken on the referencing role as of early November 08. Having joined the company in a junior administrator role only as recently as late July Hannah has excelled and gained promotion.
