Services - Cleaning

Having property cleaned to the highest standard is our priority. We can offer a comprehensive cleaning service and where necessary we are able to tailor cleaning to our clients requirements.

Our service includes full apartment/house exit cleans: Bathroom, bedroom(s), en-suite, lounge, kitchen, and hallway, e.g. Paintwork/woodwork, windows/framework, flooring, units, fridge/freezer, oven, bath, sink W.C, refuse collected & removed etc… full itemised breakdown given on request. Light/lamp bulb replacement during cleaning can also be included if requested.

Another avenue of cleaning service that we offer is Communal Cleaning. We understand that this is an area that must be kept in clean/tidy and fresh condition. Whether it is single or numerous blocks requiring cleaning, the same high standard will apply to all. Cleaning can be done on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or even monthly basis, whatever the requirement.

Itemized breakdown of cleaning for above:

Apartment/House

Bedroom

Skirting boards, doors & framework, window ledge, frames & glasswork, flooring (carpet or wooden), furnishings (wardrobes, drawers), light switches, plug sockets, where possible all furnishings are moved & cleaned behind, air freshen.

Bathroom/En-suite

Bath/shower cubicle, toilet, sink, wall tiles, fixtures, fan extractor, flooring, air freshen.

Lounge

Skirting boards, doors and framework, window ledges, frames & glasswork, flooring (carpet or wooden), furnishings (table, chairs, drawers), fixtures, light switches, plug sockets, all furnishings are moved & cleaned under, air freshen.

Hallway

Skirting boards, doors and framework, flooring (carpet or wooden), fixtures, light switches, plug sockets, air freshen.

Kitchen

Wall & base units (inside and out), extractor fan, hob, oven (including metal shelving & trays), fridge/freezer, work surfaces, wall tiles, kick boards to units, window frame & glasswork (if applicable), light switches, plug sockets, flooring, air freshen.

Stairs

Hand rails, spindles, skirting boards, stair covering.

Also includes collection & removal of refuse from throughout the property.

Communal Cleaning

Skirting boards, doors & framework, hand rails, stair spindles, floor/stair covering (wooden/carpeted), windows & framework (wooden/pvc), letterboxes, light switches, plug sockets entrance matting, porch area (if applicable), cob web removal, air freshen.

Also includes collection & removal of refuse from throughout the property.
