Services - Hand-overs

Handovers of properties are required on completion. This is usually conducted between the sales agent and the landlord or a representative of the landlord e.g. the letting agent.

Many landlords live in a different part of the country or abroad and find it difficult to collect keys for their buy to let property. We do appreciate that your time is extremely valuable and the handover exercise is time consuming. Rather than taking time out of your schedule why not let us help?
