Services - Inventories

The introduction of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme regulations have done much to highlight the importance of having an inventory prepared for your property. All our properties are required to have an inventory prior to the commencement of a new tenancy. We provide a specialist inventory service for our private landlords with fully typed reports of contents detailing contents of the property. Photographs are available on request. It is important that landlords note that an inventory must be provided before the start of a tenancy as making a claim for any damages to the contents will not be considered without this.
