Services - Snagging

Snagging is the art of identifying defects in construction work.

If you are buying off-plan you ideally need to do a comprehensive snagging list before you take legal possession. Snagging can take place during the first 2 years of your National House Building Council guarantee.

You can expect to find between 6 and 30 snags per room, which could be 240 snags in a 2 bedroom property.
